Today was THE dreaded day...the yearly physical. Actually, it began yesterday when I had to fast (NO FOOD) so the lab work would be accurate. And today was the weigh-in, the vitals, the pap, the mammogram, the bone scan....''It seems a shame to pump all that fun into just one morning,'' she said sarcastically!
